Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

SHIPPING

MeravoShop currently ships within the United States.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Estimated standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Carrier tracking systems may require additional time to display updates after shipment information is created.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy.

Returned items generally must be:

Unworn
Unused
In their original condition
Complete with included packaging, tags, or accessories where applicable

We do not charge a restocking fee.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping.

Where MeravoShop is responsible for an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially different item, we will cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like another size, color, or design, you may return the original eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

EARRINGS AND HYGIENE

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings generally cannot be returned once sealed hygiene packaging has been opened.

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its listing.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it generally must be handled through the applicable return process.

PRODUCT CARE

Jewelry and accessories should be used and cared for appropriately.

Customers should review applicable care instructions and product information.

Individual reactions to jewelry materials may vary.

If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

ACCEPTABLE USE
