Plating, stones, sizing and what happens when something goes wrong.
No, and we will never say otherwise. Every piece is plated — 18k gold, 18k rose gold or rhodium — over a hypoallergenic, nickel-free base, and the first bullet on every product page says so.
That is what makes a $30 clover necklace possible. Solid gold at these weights would cost fifteen to twenty times more, and we would rather sell you something you actually wear than something you keep in a drawer.

The natural stones are: mother of pearl is real shell, and the onyx, malachite, carnelian, blue agate and tiger eye are natural stone, which is why the banding and color vary piece to piece.
What we describe as zircon or pavé is cubic zirconia, not diamond. Where the product title says "diamond" it is describing the cut and setting style, and the description says so.
Rings are US sizes, 5 to 9. Bangles are inner circumference in centimetres, 15 to 21 cm — measure around the widest part of your hand with the thumb tucked in.
If you are between sizes, take the larger. A bangle that will not pass the hand is the one return we cannot design our way out of. Full guidance on the care and sizing page.
